I do this with a unique blend of nutrition therapy, individualized yoga-related stress release practices, and health coaching, so that you can feel great and focus on living your life again. IBS symptoms and the like are overwhelming, but with my tools you can reset your relationship with digestion, ease stress and embrace a happier, and more empowered life.
